Our Pledge to Artists
The Milnes VOICE Programs recognize and respect the individuality of all artists. The staff and faculty of VOICE pledge to recognize and call out personal and systemic biases. In our mission to grow the artistic community, judgments will be based solely on a person’s musical potential, ability, and desire to learn and grow in the art. VOICE will do this through the creation of welcoming and inclusive environments and anti-discriminatory practices throughout our programs.
